Sometimes you want to indulge in something grown-up, something that, to be painfully blunt, is just too good to share with the kids. Would you set a grilled-to-perfection, Prime cut of beef in front of a five year old? Probably not. Not that kids shouldn’t get good food, but there are certain things, that quite frankly, are strictly grown-up pleasures.

When we set out to create the Adult Brownie, we knew we needed something that was truly indulgent – something refined, yet able to unleash one’s carnal confectionary desires.

The Adult Brownie is not gooey, not cakey, but perfectly fudgy, with a slightly crackly and crisp top crust that plays the perfect contrast to the interior.  This brownie is rich enough to satisfy on its own, and it is chocolaty enough to stand up to hot fudge sauce and vanilla ice cream (this combination is best enjoyed with some very close friends).

We make the Adult Brownie right here in our in-store bakeries. It is made from a short list of simple, quality ingredients including cage free eggs, butter, pure cane sugar, pure vanilla, and loads of Guittard chocolate.

 The result is this sinfully delicious brownie – a true adults-only indulgence.
